HEALTH INSURANCE INFORMATION COUNSELING AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAM:
- HIICAP is a free & confidential counseling service that can provide you with Comprehensive, current information to answer your questions about: Medicare Parts A, B, & D coverage- Medigap or supplemental coverage-Medicare, available in our office every Thursday from 10:00am-12:00pm by Betty Greene.
BELLY DANCING:
- Every Mondays 3:00pm-4:00pm. Come explore the art and health benefits of Middle Eastern dance. Classes are free.
LOW IMPACT AEROBICS:
- Every Monday & Thursday from 8:30am-9:30am: Tuesday & Thursday from 3:00pm-4:00pm. A physician permission form required participating in this program. Classes are free.
NEEDLE ARTS GROUP:
Every Fridays from 10am- 12pm. In keeping with our interest in inter-generation programs. This is a self help group participants teach and guide each other in all knitting or crocheting projects to be undertaken.

HORTICULTURAL CLUB:
- Every Wednesdays from 9:30am-11:30am. Come and enjoy the functional properties of the environment and interacting with the natural surroundings that can be a powerful source of stimulation. Therapeutic gardens enable everyone to work, learn, and relax in the garden.
TAI CHI CLASS:
- Every Mondays & Fridays from 7:30am-8:30am. Come improve your health and vitality, learn movement meditation while searching the stillness. Classes are free.
