VoiceCare, a personalized file is created containing your medical
history and the names and phone numbers of the important people in
your life, your family, friends, neighbors and doctors. Instant access
to this vital information ensures that you receive the right care
at the right time and keeps you and your love ones in close, continual
contact.
And VoiceCare is easy to use! When assistance is needed, you simply
press the Personal Activator button or the button on the console unit.
This two-way console unit automatically dials VoiceCare’s On-Call
Center. Within seconds, a two-way hands free conversation is established
with a trained operator who has your critical information at their
fingertips and will give you the help you need when you need it.
With VoiceCare’s personalized response, your friends, family
and health care professionals are always in touch. It is a fee-for-service
program offered through HealthOutreach of Columbia Presbyterian Medical
Center at the Allen Pavilion. As a subscriber, we hope that you will
