The Division of Geriatrics and Gerontology of NewYork Weill Cornell Medical Center has a close and developing relationship with HHAR. HHAR is a partner in the Irving Wright Center on Aging where it has its home-based Elderserve Program. A program that puts older people and their families in touch with a professional geriatric care manager who can help seniors live comfortably and independently at home.
