Housecall Program
NewYork Weill Cornell Medical Center

This program provides medical care to older adults who are homebound for reasons of chronic disease, mobility impairment, or inclement weather. It is operated by the Division of Geriatrics and Gerontology and receives support from a two-year grant from the Schnurmacher Foundation, and well as other donor funds. Fellows, medical students, and housestaff participate in this program.
