The Irving Sherwood Wright Medical Center on Aging
NewYork Weill Cornell Medical Center

Located on 1st Avenue and 77th Street, the 15,000 square foot center offers community-based outpatient care focused on maintaining the independence and dignity of older adults. The Center also serves as an ambulatory geriatrics training site for the NewYork Cornell campus. The Center is operated by the Division of Geriatrics and Gerontology. Partners in this venture include the Hebrew Home for the Aged in Riverdale, which maintains its Elderserve Program at the Center, and the Burden Center for the Aging, a community-based social service agency.
